Employee Training Offerings
Title IX offerings provide training on preventing sexual misconduct, as required by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. Federal guidelines require Title IX training for all employees of colleges and universities. Separate versions of this course are available for faculty/staff, graduate students, and all other types of students.
We employ instructional design techniques optimized for risk and compliance training, to educate in a way that reduces risk and encourages compliant behavior.
As with all of our courses, Title IX training is driven by practical examples and interactive scenarios to ensure users truly understand and recognize the issues of most importance and learn to instinctively act to support them.
