Parties involved in a Title IX or Sexual Misconduct investigation are permitted to have a support person/advisor throughout the grievance processes. During Title IX formal hearings, the parties are required to have an advisor to conduct cross-examination during the hearing. The following are informational documents for support persons and advisors to better understand their role during the grievance process and during Title IX formal hearings specifically.
