“For all reports of Prohibited Conduct, the University will take prompt and reasonable action to provide supportive measures to all parties involved.  Supportive measures must not unreasonably burden either party and must be designed to protect the safety of the parties or the University’s educational environment, or to provide support during the grievance procedures under the Policy. The Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX Programs may implement supportive measures for the Complainant and/or Respondent upon request and if such action is reasonably available. The links below provide information about available supportive measures, but other supportive measures may be available based on specific circumstances.
